I put in strut brace on my Jap Spec N14 (standard wheels) - and could not believe the difference it made for $120.
Money well spent.
It stopped a lot of the body twist and made it corner 'flatter'.
Was wondering if anyone has put in a rear brace and if that also makes a huge difference? I was looking to buy one and got a quote of $250 (fit myself)
Cheers

Who is the strut brace from..?
Whiteline sell front/rears for the N14s - the rear is around $162, and you can easily fit it yourself...
Although they are not super light alloys as say expensive nismo ones, but ones like that are a hell of a lot more than $250 (as I found out heh)... The weight from the whitelines is negligeable.

I got it from PULSAR SPECIALISTS
8 Tolley St Wingfield 5013 (08) 8347 0926
It cost $120 (or $130) from memory (took 10 mins to get it in and adjusted)
Looks good - works a treat and a damn good price.
There is a young fella that works out there ....and he helped out heaps....
Cheers

Thats pretty green
Do you know what brand of F-STB it is? Seems like a good, cheap alternative to me.

if you have your original bonnet, you cant fit a gtir strut brace on becuse it is higher, i nearly bought a nismo one and yeh didnt fit.
wouldent reccomend a Gtir brace for normal pulsar
