hey dudes...
neill, clay and co. know that i only have 40, 000kms on my car and it's a 2000 model...
so why is my clutch stuffed?? i don't rape it or nothin??
it feels really sticky and makes noises when u push it in...
also sometimes u have to rev it up a little to engage. (sometimes)
now the car is drivable but it's just annoying....and i don't have near enough cash 4 a new one.
so can i adjust it??? may it just be the cable?? can i lube it up?? or if i get a service from driftking...can he adjust it 4 me??
any info will be appreciated. cheers!!

it'll still be under warranty mate.. go hit nissan up for a new clutch before your warranty is up.

Sounds like the rubber at the clutch throwout lever might be stuffed (common n15).
Have a look it's just above the box and i'f u can't get it fixed soon u might wanna adjust it so u don't stuff the clutch...

it's not covered for wear mate, but if it dosnt work after 40,000k's and it's been treated correctly that suggestions mechanical fault, not wear.

I also have the same problem i think.
its hard to push down also making a sweak when pushing it in.
N14 SSS 160000kms I've sprayed WD40 on/near the cable and the joints also in side the car on the clutch. didn't do anything :(

Sorry I missed this one earlier, I had a clutch issue, see previous threads, they replaced my gear box and clutch after the lock nut to the clutch "mysteriously" fell off, ie they ****** up and thus I ****ed some of the synchros so i tod them to replace the hole box. However, after wearing in the new clutch I have found that I have the same problem. The fix, go to Nissan and get them to adjust the cable and then ask them to lubricate it as well.
Should be sweet. I am about to clock over 30k so next service they will be adjusting it again because it is ****** and despite the brute strength of Chris and myself, we could not get the lock nut undone, so the Nissan farkers willl be doing this again....
Neill
P.S. All the replacements were under warranty...

hey guys,
my clutch is also pretty firm and it feels sticky. it also makes a squeak/click noise when i push it in. i'm guessing its the clutch cable. can you guys tell me how i could fix the problem, or would i need a new clutch cable? i'm not a tech expert with my car, so simple english would be of help.
thanks
