Haha...
From memory, fashion in Tassie seems to be a few years behind... so it should be the Ali G IndaHouse season there now.

Dude Fubu was only ever the fashion for ferals and street kids so the fact that you are referring to it as having been the fashion at any point is a little worrying... There will always be bogans just like there will always be emos, pretty boys, goths, skaters, metros and surfers and each has their own fashion (although I have to say the emos look the most stupid - not to mention :gay: !)...

FUBU stands for "For Us, By Us"
F-U-B-U
Get it?
Geez, you Tasmanians! Two heads per person, yet still no brains or sense of humour. Just a major inferiority complex.

Dunno what you Sandwiches () call your cliches, but as a rule:
Fubu is typically worn by "homies" or "wiggers", not "bogans".
Bogans are more likely to wear Best-&-Less surfwear labels (Mango, Hang Ten etc.).
And a "feral" is a modern hippy... or in your case, Bob Brown and Friends. :thwap:

For a start if you think that REAL "homies" or "wiggers" as you call them wear the same crap imitation FUBU clothes with their crotch around their knees as what the bogans in the street wear then you are sadly mistaken - have a look at the next hip-hop film clip you see on rage - for a start the clothes are CLEAN and secondly, the semi-naked women wouldn't be hanging off them if they smelt as bad as the idiots you see wearing it in the street...
Oh and don't get me started on Bob Brown and his :gay: friends... Did you see the speech that stupid Peg Putt did after the last election?! She was going off her tree about a group of people who did nothing but expose her true agendas - in other words, she's saying that voters don't have the right to know what the greens really stand for! They'll never get my vote - bunch of tree-hugging, recalcitrant, dole bludging, sexually confused animals...
[/end rant]

This is the first time you've actually mentioned knockoff clothes... plenty of bogans would go for the "streetwear" from the craft markets.
Fair call there.

Oh and "abit" isn't a word in Australia either... :Flipa:
