How can we get Pulsar.org on this list, I think you've gotta include a banner...

Down the bottom is has a link to ad your site.
From there you can edit your account, ad banner, write text about site. Only if your in the top 10 will your banner be displayed.

I dont know how that guy got to number 1, pretty average site.
And not much info on it.

I think it resizes all banners to 468x60 pixels,

Just do it in that size.
