So when do we have the next cruise?
I was thinking something starting from down south and finishing in town, or leave from the same spot and cruise down to victor harbor.
Warren.. did some of the exa boys go down to victor earlier on this year???

we had a cruise to Victor Easter last year....we got 12 along to that one, but it was beautiful weather...
I'd try to get some troops along, but they tend to be stubborn in the winter months keeping their Targa's locked up, not liking the car to get wet ;)
seriously though, yeah, they begged for a Victor cruise at easter just gone, but no one ended up organising it because my car was off the road at the time and enthusiasm was low.
Set a date in advance, and i'll try to get a few along, i have contacts to about 15-20 Exa owners, and i leave business cards on them all the time.

Yeh we really need some business cards set up. Heaps of the guys who came on the cruise had heard because of flyers we handed out but they wanted to know web addresses etc...
Hmm like Mel said, I *do* have a colour laser at work. Hmmm...
I will look into it a bit more.
Hey Warren, can I scab your design? Email it to me? damon@cubicleofdoom.com
I don't think the cruise would be for quite a few weeks. I figure if they get too regular they will lose their spark :) Plus we will start hitting the same roads over and over again and that will suck big time.
Reason why I want a victor cruise, my missus will come along on that one, especially if we end up down at the crown for a meal.

Hey Dale.. welcome!
Umm.. good question. I don't know south that well. I was thinking that the junkfood corner down noarlunga way, with the maccas, pizza hut and KFC on it. Nice big carpark at the back, meet there for lunch and then cruise to victor.
As long as it didnt rain turnout would be good.

I've always found Bunnings, Mile End to be a great starting point for any cruise... :)

yea the bunings is a good starter a good drive from there down to victor. Do u guys mind if a SL80 silver/180sx comes along. Oh yea wat is your car code, SR20 based cars & pulsars or wat.

i think the last one was "nissan in general" ;)

I think if we can at least get several groups of cars togther, and each group can travel with similar cars, then the effect is pretty good for photos etc...
But yeh, nissans (oh and the odd evo or 2) is good.
We had a charade, a corolla, a skyline, exas and pulsars and 2 evos on the last one.. no reason to stop people if they want to come..

the more the merrier, if we have everyone helping out it's only gonna benefit the club, the more people that know about it the better.

Damon and I are in the process of planning things now. I can tell you know it will be a Saturday as I work Sundays. Hopefully this suits with everyone else?
We will let you know the details ASAP.

Did we decide where we are going?
I have been so slack the last week, I have moved all my computer gear to a bigger room and just couldnt summon energy to plug stuff in properly.
And then work changed their proxy server and firewall to block access (unintentionally) to my personal mail server. Bugger.
Anyway... what are the suggestions for start location? Bunnings Mile End? Same place as before? Somewhere down south/north...

North
Well theres a nice carpark at Salisbury thats outta the way of lots of people, but thats only if we cruise at night.
further up north is the Harvey Norman Carpark at Munno Parra.
Theres the Old Spot Hotel on Main North Road, thatd be nice.
Central
Well theres where the last one was at Botanic Gardens
I guess you could say that Bunnings Mile End is pretty central.
We could all meet in the parklands opposite the brewery, you can just drive in there cant you?
South
Marion carpark, once again would only be good if done at night.
The Bunnings in the marion area has a sweet carpark, im not sure how to get there though...i stumbled upon it by accident...its sort of a U-Shape.
Maccas Carpark at Flagstaff Hill is quite nice
Well theres a few places, i could come up with some more if needed, but that should be enough.
