Oh but of course. I have heaps more excellent shit that will keep the party goin this year round.
No cheesy top 40 happy meal music for this camp.
I hope you like a mix of classic rock and old skool hip hop. Think Jimmy Page breakdancing with the Furious 5.

Someone has booked a Cabin, please consider upgrading to the Chalet. Cabin has no bathroom/toilet etc as far as I remember. Plus its away from the rest of us.
If #6 isnt booked by Monday they will rent it out to anyone who wants it (LOL!) - I tried to explain why this would be a bad idea.. Could you image if they just put some randoms in there, what peace and quiet? haha

13th August 2007, 12:48 PM
Well, not long now until camp time. Really looking forward to it.
I think I'll also take this opportunity to remind campers that the camp site owners let us stay each year because we're well behaved (we dont cause any trouble or make too much noise). It's their request that we keep noise levels down, especially at night.
Each year thus far has been great fun, with some good drinking, eating, and loads of yarns around the camp fire.
I spose what I'm tryna say is, if you intend to come down and go mental, don't come, it's a relaxing get-away amongst car enthusiasts and it's great that the camp park lets us stay every year knowing that we're a good bunch of people.
When in your car, in the park, try to respect the park speed limit, and perhaps lower your doof doof if you have it.
I'm sure if we respect the park rules and keep to ourselves we will be welcome back next year for another great night!
old fart has spoken... hahaha
(P.S, bring down 2x the alcohol you plan to bring down, you could run out and that just really sucks) Remember, no drinking and driving!
SSShonky
13th August 2007, 01:11 PM
I agree with James.

food wise?
anything you like on your BBQ + extras. we bring down nibbles (chips, etc) for the arvo, come dinner time we throw some snaggaz and steaks on the bbq and compliment with some salad (potatoe, garden, whatever)
mmm bbq. some skewered meats, *dribble*, perhaps some marinated chicken breast, mmmm, aaaah.. I better go start cooking dinner, this is killing me!
this year we're probably gonna go some snag samos, try keep it simple. Also can cook over the open camp fire, providing it's not raining.

I don't think we should use the main pit fire, its further away from the chalets and would cause more disruption to the rest of the guests. Im pretty sure we came to that conclusion last year too.

The standard of a weekend out:
Figure out how much you'll drink over the night.
Now double it.
So now you're sorted for the night!

LOL
The cruise was very good, especially on the way home. Very lush fields at this time of the year due to the rain. Those chalets look great.
Any drunken mischief makers this year?

Aaah you mistake my bleeding anus as misfortune. Never fear I enjoyed having lava ass I had no hangover what-so-ever and felt like Bruce Lee (when he was alive) by SUnday evening.
I wont be getting a cold in the next 19 months with all that garlic!!

I should have stopped taking pictures of Andrews car - we should be shunning the betrayers!
