hey guys ,

Just reading the poll on current systems that people have and was wondering if any one has had any problems with running there systems . My system sounds simler to the other ones but if I am driving and play the system for a while then stop turn the car off and then try to start it again the battery is dead

Any one had any problems like this ???????

sounds like it's time for a new battery :D

as batteries get older.... they dont recharge so well...

but then again.. have u tried the same thing without the system running?? maybe ya alternator is just stuffed...

yeah, change your battery... but it's weird, I have an N13 pulsar, and i've never had a problem with the battery, and they're the size of a AA (being sarcastic, but they still very small)...

Using voltmeter, check your voltage of the battery b4 and after you start the car.

If voltage after car runs is higher than b4 the car runs,

ie.

1.... (12<voltage<13) b4 car runs
2..... (12.4<voltage<14.4) after car starts running.

If your car performs as above, which will definately not be, you're ok.

Case 1 fault (voltage below 12)
=========
suspect : high current draw circuit /short ..

Case 2 fault (voltage did not rise)
========================
Your alternator is dead. Usually worn brushes or a dead voltage regulator.

In your case, high chance falls in case 2.

Good luck.
